Job Description
1. Establish and optimize equipment management systems, maintenance systems and power‑related regulations, and supervise their implementation.
2. Supervise maintenance management of various equipment; perform review, coordination and supervision during equipment installation, commissioning and repair.
3. Participate in handling and analysis of major equipment accidents, review for introduction of new‑type equipment, and review for disposal of obsolete equipment.
4. Independently design jigs or develop automated equipment according to production requirements, including structural modeling and drawing.
5. Lead automation projects, evaluate scheme feasibility, and coordinate cross‑departmental project execution.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; master’s degree is preferred.
2. Major in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related disciplines.
3. Proficient in CAD; skilled in at least one 3D design software, e.g. PRO/E, UG, SolidWorks.
4. Capable of equipment optimization and improvement; prior experience in non‑standard equipment and jig development & design is preferred.
5. Strong work principles, rigorous logical thinking, with project management capabilities.
6. Proficient in common office software including Word, Excel and PPT.
